Babi foi minha MCVP na segunda metade de 2007. Apesar de ser bem chato com ela na epoca sempre escondi uma grande admiraçao pelo trabalho que ela fez naquele ano. I come through this letter to endorse Gabryel Ferrari application to any position he may apply for due to his results, commitment and personal development as former LCVP Marketing of AIESEC in Salvador.

Gabryel is very focused to deliver local initiatives and all that ones were successful, contributing directly to AIESEC in Brazil growth, especially in exchange and external positioning. He also combines the ability to create with execution and customization of ideas and tools to the audience, – while managing the team, run and implementing National Campaigns, being aligned with the organization.

Besides that, Gabryel has being very open giving and receiving feedbacks from myself, as his functional coach.
