Kabelo (AKA - Joao Caldas) também é uma das figuras que entrou comigo na AIESEC em novembro de 2004. Figura promissora desde o inicio sempre foi ambicioso e nunca teve medo de tentar. Com certeza em muitos momentos foi uma inspiraçao muito importante pra mim. Hoje tá na Suecia, casado e bombando profissionalmente... sempre é bom bater um papo com ele as vezes por gtalk!

I have known Gabryel Ferrari for close to about 4 years now since the time we first met. We joined AIESEC together in 2004 and since then I have been working with him at Local Level, where he has grown a lot and as contributed to my own learning as well as others’ learning.

His association with AIESEC in Salvador has been long and it's symbolic of his resilience and persistence to excel in any field no matter what. I have come to know of him more deeply in my close interactions as one of the most professional, passionate, mature, level headed and powerful dreamer about this organization.

He is amongst the most experienced and high performing individuals in AIESEC in Brazil and has done justice to all the diverse leadership roles and challenges offered to him since he was recruited.

His personal characteristics make him an ideal candidate for any organization with high performance pressure environment similar to AIESEC. He is extremely proactive with regards to taking up different opportunities within the team, organization and country as well as those outside these parameters. He is ever willing to help, and always wanting to learn - essential ingredients for an AIESECer in a Leadership role.

Gabryel also is very modest, understands well his abilities and weaknesses, and this allows him to proceed through life with a high level of maturity. He wants to contribute immensely to growth of any organization he is part of, and is quick to be concerned with issues hampering our development and taking initiatives to communicate about them or take action to counter them.

All in all I would strongly endorse Gabryel Ferrari. I assure you there is a joy of working with self enlightened and aware individuals like him and he would bring great value to any team he is part of.
