To whom it may concern,
Gabryel Ferrari worked directly with me in AIESEC in Salvador from January to December 2007 and I witnessed first hand how much he has grown and contributed to our organization and to my personal development during this period. Gabryel has many unique qualities such as: leadership spirit, self-motivation, passion for AIESEC, result orientation, team working, planning skills, fast learner, all of which I believe youwill benefit greatly by having him as part of a team.
Inside the office, he was a perfect example for new members who also want to follow his path inside AIESEC’s platform (he was previously marketing coordinator and member of a national team). Gabryel worked here with marketing, communication and alumni management and he continuously worked his best to adapt to a different reality and to provide the necessary tools and practical knowledge to enable our marketing team to reach high results by providing a great working atmosphere, generating discussions, working as a coach, constantly studying and bringing new knowledge to his fellows.
Working with Gabryel as a team was a very good experience for me. He was part of a wining generation that worked really hard to bring good results to our LC. I could learn a lot from him and he was engaged in every strategic decision. His performance as EB member has been outstanding and he’s been involved with many activities inside and outside the office, such as organizing regional and national conferences.
Therefore, I reinforce my endorsement for Gabryel Ferrari and I hope that his contribution to your organization can bring not just great results, but also empower other future leaders to follow in his footsteps.
